Honemooning in Hawaii in 1985, Garry Palm and his wife Cynthia fell in love with the vibrant colors of the Islands.
Back in Minessota they began dreaming of making Hawaii their home. Finally returning to Hawaii in 1987, and already acomplished in oils and acrylics, Garry expanded his artistic expertise to watercolor. He began to record Hawaii's landmarks, flowers, and nostalgic island girls in glowing watercolors; fast becoming one of Hawaii's most sought after artists.
Garry continues to create glowing, translucent watercolors of the islands most beloved blossums; plumeria, bougainvillea, hibiscus, bird of paradise and many more.
The beautiful watercolors, painted in a variety of sizes, have been reproduced in editions of prints, greeting cards, calendars, and gallery giclée prints. Originals and prints are available directly from the artist, or from the galleries throughout the islands.
