If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, credit, or exchange, less PIA’s actual shipping charges. Customer pays return shipping costs.
Delivery – All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (exclude weekends & holidays). Custom designed jewelry will ship within 2 weeks of receiving your order. However, we maintain an inventory of most items and your order will often ship within 2 business days. Please contact PIA for delivery confirmation.
Returning your order – Before returning merchandise, contact PIA’s customer service either by e-mail at orders@islandartcards.com or on our toll free number 1-800-222-7327 and request a return authorization number. Only merchandise with a return authorization number will be accepted. Return the merchandise along with a copy of your receipt and include all original packaging. Make sure that the contents of your package are secure. Return your merchandise via the United States Postal Service and request delivery confirmation. Returns of jewelry items must be sent fully insured for the purchase price, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your package has reached its destination. Any jewelry returned unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear, have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Special Return Policy on Rings and Ring sizing – Please specify your exact ring size when ordering. There will be a $20.00 additional charge for each full size beyond size 8. Standard ring sizes are size 6, size 6 1/2, and size 7. Only rings that are produced in standard sizes may be returned for a full money back guarantee, credit, or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Payment Methods – Pacifica welcomes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, money orders, and personal checks (with a 15 day bank clearance).
Sales Tax – All orders shipped within the State of Hawaii will incur a 4.166% sales tax. No Sales Tax due on orders shipped outside of Hawaii.
Free Shipping – Free shipping on orders of $35.00 or more within the United States. Orders placed for less than $35.00 will be charged a $8.95 shipping and handling fee. Packages will be sent via USPS priority mail. Jewelry shipments will be shipped via USPS registered mail, fully insured, return receipt requested. For Jewelry shipments, as a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $250 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address. All jewelry packages will require a signature upon delivery. Please check your package carefully for tampering or damage before accepting or signing for receipt.
Your order may also be shipped via UPS or FedEx services. FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.00.
International Customers – please call PIA at 808-575-7696 or contact us via e-mail orders@islandartcards.com regarding shipping rates. PIA will only charge the actual postage fee incurred.
Gift Wrapping – Custom Designed Jewelry will arrive in our tropical colored pouch and floral gift box. Select one of Pacifica’s Everyday Greeting Cards to be included in your order with a personalized note from you! Just look for the “Free Greeting Card” link in the shopping basket. Enter your personal message which will be neatly handwritten on this special card and delivered along with your gift.
